Implemented a separation of concerns with divided frontend, backend, and data layers, connected via RESTful APIs and supported by a relational database optimized for tracking services and client interactions.
Administrative Control Center
A central Admin Dashboard for managing products/services (oil, gas, technical), site content, lead and quotation submissions, user engagement, performance analytics, and role-based security settings.
Client Portal Experience
A customer-facing portal enabling seamless service/product browsing with fixed pricing, a custom quotation system for detailed requests, direct contact management, and a localized international user experience.
Business Intelligence & Automation
Real-time analytics for monitoring CO₂ emissions, deliveries, and customer metrics. Automated flows for quotations and communications, plus behavioral tracking with heatmaps and session insights.
